Note: Molds that are clear give the exact same results as the brown molds. The clear molds may turn a light amber over time, but will remain clear. As for strength, the clear molds are very durable.

#1824 Hunter Leaning on Rifle Mold – $39.75.

This mold measures about 7 1/4” x 3 7/8” and shows great depth, dimension and fine detail. From the feather on his hat, the flowers at his feet, the weave of his clothing and the hairs of his mustache you will see detail. The mold carries the initials K.L. which could stand for Karl Lückenotte. But that’s just a guess on my part. The cookie produced from this mold measures about 6 1/4” x 2”. The mold would have been used for Printen, Spekulatius and Gingerbread. This is mold #1824 and sells for $39.75.

#1918 Champvert Drinker Mold – $44.65.

This mold of a Drinker (Toastmaster) measures about 6” x 3” and produces a cookie or confection with great depth, dimension and fine details. From his stylish beard to his eyes, hair and clothing, he is incredible. The carver did a first rate job when he carved this face; a profile at that. This mold has a groove along each long side to assist in lifting the mold from the dough. This mold can be used for Springerle, Printen, Spekulatius and Gingerbread. This is mold #1918 and sells for $44.65.

#1681 Corsi Musketeer Mold – $58.75.

This mold of a Musketeer measures about 7 1/4” x 3 1/4” and shows great depth, dimension and fine details. From his ever so stylish mustache to his eyes, hair and clothing. This mold produces a great sized cookie that will surely delight. This mold can be used for Springerle, Printen, Spekulatius and Gingerbread. The original mold is part of the Mildred E. #1730 Frau Hannelore Mold – $78.92.

This mold measures about 11″ x 4 5/8″ and is loaded with small and interesting details. Frau Hannelore is so visually appealing with all the fine small details that adorn her attire. Never have I seen so much detail in depth and layering. A masterfully carved beauty. This mold may also be used to produce beautiful works of art. This mold is #1730 and sells for $78.92.

#1905 Dog Cart Mold – $167.50

This mold measures about 11″ x 9 1/2″ and produces a deep and nicely detailed big cookie of a child riding in a dog cart. The features are all very nice but the childs face is “smooth” as in not having “sharp” detail. The original was sent to us from Holland by Herr Beurskens. A very old design that dates to about 1900. This mold is #1905 and sells for $167.50

#1201 Nobleman Mold – $67.50

This mold measures 11 1/2” x 4 1/2” and produces an elaborate cookie or confection that will grab the attention of anyone seeing it. He’s Fine and Fancy and sure to please when presented as a gift! If you are a bakery owner, adding cookies produced from molds such as these will increase your shop traffic due to them being very unusual. This mold is #1201 and sells for $67.50

#1202 Noblewoman Mold – $67.50

This mold of a Noblewoman measures about 11” x 5” and will produce an elaborate cookie or confection. She’s dressed out in her finery and ready for a night at the Ball. She would make a great cookie gift. Sorta like paper dolls of yesterday. If you are a bakery owner, adding cookies produced from molds such as these will increase your shop traffic due to them being very unusual. This mold is #1202 and sells for $67.50.

#1934 Lady Gesees Mold- $81.86.

This mold measures about 11″ x 5 3/8″ and features a lady dressed in her finery. She looks to be fanning herself with a fan of feathers. This image is very detailed and has great dimension. This mold can be used with Springerle dough, Gingerbread dough, Spekulatius dough or any other dough that would hold an image. Beautiful paper casting may also be produced from this mold to be painted and framed. This mold is #1934 and sells for $81.86.

#1748 Frau Sandra Mold – $73.36.

This mold measures about 9 1/2″ x 4 5/8″ and will would work well with springerle, gingerbread, marzipan, couque de Dinant or speculaas doughs. Not only would this mold produce great looking dimensional and detailed cookies and confections but would produce beautiful works of art too. Perhaps your own paper dolls or a nicely framed paper casting. Frau Sandra is nicely detailed and would make a beautiful presentation piece at your next garden party, tea or afternoon social. #1551 Baroque Fruit and Nut Mold – $192.26

This mold measures about 12” in diameter and produces a cookie that measure about 10 1/2” in diameter. The cookie produced from this mold is very detailed with great depth and dimensions. These images were originally carved back in the Baroque period. Pears, persimmons, plums, grapes, walnuts, apples and leaves all adorn this beautiful mold. A beautiful Gingerbread can be produced from this mold and tinted with edible colors would make an edible masterpiece. This mold is #1551 and sells for $192.26. This mold measures about 6” x 5 7/8” and produces a very handsome lion standing among flowers. The image is nicely detailed and is in the style of the 17th century or early 18th century. #1549 GR Rider Mold – $132.66

This mold measures about 11” x 9 3/4” and depicts a Hussar on horseback swinging a sword above his head. The mold has great depth, dimension, detail and character. The original wooden mold we replicated was found in Pennsylvania but surely came from Europe with early German settlers. We made repairs to two large cracks in the original mold to be able to offer you this replica. #1542 Bamberg Santa Mold – $143.95.

This mold measuresabout 18 3/4” long x 7 1/4” at top and tapering down to 5 1/2” at the bottom. This mold with great depth, dimension, detail and character depicts an early Santa with toys in his coat pocket as well as on the tree he is carrying. I refer to this Santa as a Woodlands Santa because he wears more of a woodmans or Odins style hat as opposed to the cap we are so used to seeing him in. The cookie produced from this mold measures about 15 5/8” x 5 1/2” and is guaranteed to be a “Memory Maker” for the children young and old alike. Carved around 1802, the original wooden mold comes from a town called Bamberg which is located in Bavaria Germany. This mold is #1542 and sells for $143.95.

This mold measures 11” x 4” x 3/4” and produces a cookie that measures about 9” tall x 3 1/2” at the base. The Queen has a great deal of filigree work as well as having jewels all over her gown. As you can tell by the photos, this makes a very attractive presentation cookie. She is item #2302 and sells for $65.85. A clear or color tinted mold will cost an extra $8.23.
