This Art Nouveau style mold measures about 3 7/8″ in diameter and features a garden Fairie holding a basket of fruit over his head. It looks as if he may be standing on a shell. There are also two cornucopias of flowers; one on each side of him. Every image is very detailed; the fruit, flowers, and everything from the fairies’ facial features down to his tiny toes. The image delivers great depth and excellent details in displaying a beautiful arrangement of mixed flowers and foliage. There is a very ornate border design of leaves that provides a spectacular look. Between the center motif and the border design is a different design of pearls that ties the whole image together.
Originally designed for use with marzipan, this mold can also be used with Springerle and other cookie dough’s that hold an image well. With marzipan or fondant, this will make a beautiful image to top a small cake. The original mold was sent to us by Frau Rostek from Lemgo Germany. It was left to her by a friend that had been a pastry chef in Hanover Germany. This mold is #1929 and sells for $47.40. A clear or color tinted version of this mold will cost an extra $5.93.

#1720 Bayreuth Token of Love Mold – $38.97.
This mold measures about 5 1/4″ x 2 5/8″ and features flowers, a heart and two love birds. The finished cookie would have been presented as a token of Love and affection. This mold also carries the initials AMH. Perhaps the initials of the intended lover. The depth and details are great on this unique design. The original mold was carved to be used for Spekulatius cookies but it can also be used with Springerle and other stiff doughs. The finished cookie is much more impressive in person. #1764 Deyle Family Rose Mold – $26.42.
This mold measures about 2 5/8″ in diameter and will produce a very beautiful picture of a rose in full bloom. This image is very deep. The picture is bordered with a deep herringbone circle design. This mold is #1764 and sells for $26.42. The original mold was once owned by Adolf and Sophie Deyle who had lived in Pforzheim – Baden-Wurttemberg Germany (late 1800’s).
