Marzipan Molds
Marzipan is a confection that I love. I use it when I build flowers and scenes for the top of my cakes. It takes color well but you’ve got to be cautious about the flavors you add to it as its base is of course, “Almond”. Some of these molds make great cake and cupcake toppers.
