Love your SPRINGERLE molds!!! Just wish you had more of a selection of $20.00 – $30.00 molds.

Hello Steve,
Molds for $16.00 and under are in the process of being picked and will be added as soon as they are ready. Please check for them in about 40 days.
Two questions — how do you achieve the scalloped edge on the cookies? Also, how do you make a white cookie — or are they marzipan — when making springerle if you use eggs? Joni
Thank you visiting my site and for writing.
I use fluted cookie cutters and fluted pastry wheels to trim my Springerle. It gives them
a certain something.
The white porcelain look of my Springerle is achieved by my baking method. The recipe I use is the one
that is found on the blog.
