Note: Molds that are clear give the exact same results as the brown molds. The clear molds may turn a light amber over time, but will remain clear. As for strength, the clear molds are very durable.

#2154 Bartsch Shoe Salesman Mold – $33.68.
This mold measures about 3 3/8″ x 2 3/8 ” with the image measuring about 2 3/4 x 1 3/4″. The image is that of what seems to be a shoe salesman. The design is good depth, but the detail with the faces not as well executed as others I’ve seen. The image is framed by a herringbone bone hatch design. This mold has grooves on its sides to assist in lifting it up off your dough. This mold can be used with Springerle or other dough that will retain an image. This mold measures about 4 11/16″ in diameter with the image area measuring about 3 7/8″ in diameter; (this is the larger version of our #1944 mold). This image features three strawberries among flowers and leaves. The image has an inner border of a pearl and diamond design and an uniquely beautiful outer border. The borders complement the strawberry design and together create a very beautiful image. This would be a beautiful design for your Garden party or seasonal luncheon. The depth and details of the images are very nice. It is about 7/16″ at its deepest. The mold can be used for making cookies, confections and art work. #1781 Bartsch 4 Image Mold – $63.73.
This mold measures about 7 1/4″ x 5 3/8 ” and will produce four individual images that measure about 3 x 2″ each. The images are of a man celebrating , a Queen, a guy playing a flute and a shepherdess. The images are all nicely detailed but the guy celebrating and the Queen are more so. Each image is framed by a herringbone bone hatch design. The border between each different image is on top of the border of the image next to it it seems. The designs seem to be of good depth and detail with the faces not as well executed as others I’ve seen. The original mold I’m told was carved around 1810 and was in the possession of a family in Munich Germany. This mold is #1781 and sells for $74.98. #2179 Our Daily Bread Mold – $40.80.
This mold measures about 3 3/8″ in diameter and the image measures about 2 3/4″ in diameter and the inner image of just the picture measures about 2 1/8″ in diameter. It carries the prayer “Give us this day our daily bread”. The details and depth of this image are great. There is a vessel of wine, a loaf of bread, grapes and wheat sheaves. This image can be cut out with the plain border or cut close just to have the picture image. It can be used with Springerle dough or other dough that will retain an image. #2276 Small PD American Eagle Mold – $64.31.
This mold measures about 5 3/4″ x 3 3/8″ with the image measuring about 5″ x 2 3/4″ and features an American Eagle. The mold was beautifully carved and has great depth, dimensions and details. The carver gave the eagle a very confident and powerful look with its wings stretched out and head held high. In his talons, the eagle holds arrows which represents war and an olive branch which represents peace. In his beak he carries a sash. The shield has stripes and three stars and there is also a star above the eagles head. The image of the eagle is bordered by a pearl design border which brings the whole design together beautifully. This mold could be used with any cookie dough that would retain a shape. It could also be used with Marzipan to produce a wonderful small cake topper or to produce beautiful art work.
