Note: Molds that are clear give the exact same results as the brown molds. The clear molds may turn a light amber over time, but will remain clear. As for strength, the clear molds are very durable.

#1933 Large Winterlich Ride Mold. – $74.39.
This mold of a sleigh scene measures about 9 3/8″ x 4 7/8″. The images are all filled with detail from the flower design on the sleigh, the feathers the horse wears to the buttons on the clothing. This mold can be used with Gingerbread, Spekulatius, Speculaas and Springerle doughs. It could also be used with Marzipan. This mold would also be used to create beautiful framed paper castings and other art work. This mold is #1933 and sells for $74.39. Clear and tinted copies of this mold will cost an extra $9.30. This mold is also available in a smaller size (#302).

#302 Winterlich Ride Mold – $43.89.
This mold of a very wintery sleighing scene measures about 5 5/8″ x 3 1/8″. The images are all filled with detail from the flower design on the sleigh, the feathers the horse wears to the greenery at the corners of the design and the small snowflakes falling all around. This mold produces a post card sized cookie making it a perfect single to give. This mold is #302 and sells for $43.89. A clear or clear color copy of this mold will cost an extra $5.49. This is the smaller version of our mold #1933.

#1905 Dog Cart Mold – $167.50
This mold measures about 11″ x 9 1/2″ and produces a deep and nicely detailed cookie of a child riding in a dog cart. The features are all very nice, but the child’s face is “smooth” as in not having “sharp” detail. The original was sent to us from Holland by Herr Beurskens. This is a very old design that dates to about 1900. This mold will produce a big cookie. The mold is #1905 and sells for $167.50. A clear or clear color copy of this mold will cost an extra $20.94.

You can almost feel the brisk air brushing the faces of the couple riding the sleigh. This mold of a winter sleigh ride measures 5 1/4” x 2 7/8” and will produce a very detailed and dimensional cookie or confection with good depth and action. Oh, the fun of winter! This mold features two people on a sleigh ride and from their expressions, it looks like the ride took place on a bright and cold day. This mold measures 6 1/4″x 3 3/4″. This mold is #2359 and sells for $28.50. A clear or color copy will cost an extra $3.56.

#1787 Göppingen Paddle Boat Mold – $22.18.
This mold measures about 2 1/4″ in diameter and features a paddle boat. The boat is nicely detailed and is surrounded by a very nice decorative border. The boat and border are of good depth and detail. There is a groove around the side of the mold to assist with lifting off of your dough after pressing. I’m told that the original mold is from the town of Göppingen in Southern Germany. This mold is #1787 and sells for $22.18. A clear copy of this mold will cost an extra $2.77.

#2014 Junior Saint Nicholas in Touring Car Mold – $43.57.
This unique mold measures about 5 7/16″ x 2 1/2″ and features St. Nicholas riding in a luxurious Pierce-Arrow Touring car. In 1909 President Taft made history by ordering two of these cars to be used for official State occasions. Perhaps St. Nicholas is delivering the first of those cars to the White House.
This mold produces a beautifully detailed but small cookie, with the image measuring about 4 3/4″ long and about 2″ at its tallest. Saint Nicholas is driven around in luxury while the “N” on the side of the car identifies the owner as Nicholas. Strapped to the back of the car is a basket of apples. This mold works well with Springerle dough but could be used with Speculaas, Spekulatius and Gingerbread doughs. It could be used with Marzipan as well. This mold has grooves on its sides to assist in lifting it from the dough. This mold is #2014 and sells for $43.57. Clear and tinted copies of this mold will cost an extra $5.45. With Bo navigating, Jake rowing and Abbey at the rudder they are enjoying a leisurely early morning row in the waters of the Atlantic as gulls fly overhead and fish jump around them. #1849 Walldorf Sleigh Scene Mold- $34.50.
This mold featuring a winter sleigh ride measures about 4” x 2 1/2”. The images all have very good depth and the fine details add to this beautiful picturesque winter scene. #204 Angel in Boat Mold – $11.95.
This mold measuring about 1 1/2” in diameter features a detailed scene of an Angel dressed in nautical attire piloting a small boat. This is a small mold but it is so finely detailed that you can see his eyes, the buttons on his cloths and the flowers that are wrapped around the mast. Behind the Angel in the distance you can see a lighthouse. There is also a nice zigzag border. Perfect size for Butter Mints. This mold is #204 and sells for $11.95.

#1863 Tom’s Skiff Mold – $18.48.
This mold measures about 2” x about 1 11/16” and features Tom taking a turn on the lake in his skiff. This mold will make a nice one to two bite cookie or confection with nice depth and detail.
This mold has a groove on two sides to help with lifting up off your dough after pressing. This mold is #1863 and sells for $18.48.
