Copies of the following molds can be ordered. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery as replicas of these molds are not kept in stock but only produced at your request. The mold copies WILL NOT look exactly like the original molds in color as our molds were designed with the professional baker in mind. We do not use stains or sealers as they will wear off over time. The materials we use to produce our molds are approved for food contact and also make these unique molds very very durable. Franz Graf Conditorei und Café Waldenburg mold, front – 12 3/8″ x 8 3/4″ x 15/16″. The mold contains 36 pictures of everyday life and is estimated to be from the early 19th Century. The replica of this mold is #1531 and sells for $165.00.

Margarete Simader Board – Item #1532
This mold measures about 9 3/8″ x 5 5/8″ and makes cookies that are about 1 1/8″ x 1 1/8″. The original mold was sent from Germany and I was told that it was given as a gift to a young school girl named Margarete Simader sometime in the 1800′s. My favorite on this board is an image I had never before seen, the snail hiking. Each of these cookies look they are in their own frames. The replica of this mold is #1532 and sells for $95.00.

Birnbaum Board – Item #1517
- Birnbaum Mold. This mold measures 9 5/8” x 4 5/8” with each individual picture measuring 2 3/8” x 1 1/2”. All images are nicely detailed with good depth and dimension showing fur, individual feathers, buttons, eyes, lips and attitude. This original mold resides in the Mildred E. Jenson collection but was originally in an old bakery in the Schwaben region of Germany. The replica for this mold is #1517 and sells for $85.00 The owl on this board is a particular favorite of mine. It is very detailed and beautifully carved. The owl mold by itself sells for $14.95 and is #15.69.

Franz Graf Conditorei und Café with Frames Board – Item #1534
This mold measures 8 1/16″ x 5 1/16″ and has 12 pictures. The individual images measure about 1 3/4” x 1 1/2” and is in its own frame. The carver of this mold had an eye for details. Notice the fur on the rabbit, the feathers on the birds and the scales on the fish. The motifs are all great with very good depth, dimension and detail. The fish are incredible as are the 2 birds in the tree. Heck, there’s not a bad image on this mold. This original mold resides in the Mildred E. Jenson collection and dates to between 1800 and 1850. The replica for this mold is #1595 and sells for $82.00
This mold measures 9 5/8″ x 5 5/8″ and has 17 individual images. The larger images measure about 1 7/8” x 1 1/2” and the smaller images measure about 1 3/8” x 1 1/8”. All images are nicely detailed with good depth and dimension showing fur, individual feathers, windows, eyes, lips and leaves. This original mold resides in the Mildred E. Jenson collection but was originally used at a bakery in the town of Weißenburg, Frankonia in Bavaria Germany and dates to between 1800 and 1850. The replica for this mold is #1594 and sells for $92.00
